After hail or high wind we inspect the roof, photograph the damage in detail, and give you a written estimate you can submit to your insurance company.
Texas law does not allow a roofing contractor to negotiate or adjust a claim on behalf of a homeowner. So we do not speak to your insurer for you, and we cannot waive or absorb your deductible. What we can do is hand you evidence and a number you can stand behind.
If a contractor offers to handle your claim or make your deductible disappear, that is a reason to call someone else.
